Shield without handle - Guild Wars Forums

Hi All ,

I can't check right now so I thought I'd ask.
I had a zodiac shield drop at the end chest of "the deep" last night with an insciption slot.
+1 Str 19 % (I'll be changing this to -2 damage in stance)
However it did not have a handle.
Should I be able to add a handle to it anyway (I'd like to add a +30 fortitude) even though it hasn't already got one ?

Any inscribable shield can be upgraded with a Handle.
